Good interface but very expensive
Easily went through the process and uploaded my docs, but paused at the payment screen, and decided to check for alternatives. There is an official UK app that was slightly more clunky, had to take a picture of my passport vs uploading, but was a fraction of the cost. Ended up costing $28 vs ~$100+, and was approved nearly immediately. Would like to make sure my documents are not forever with the app now, and are deleted.

Regarding your data, personal documents and details from unfinished applications are deleted from our active systems.
