Very Intuitive

I found this app very easy to navigate. The onboarding process is smooth and it really only took 5-10 minutes to input all the relevant information. Absolutely worth the price for the facilitation it provides.

Scam

This app is extremely misleading. They charge much more than the official UK ETA application and present themselves in a way that it seems like you were applying directly through the UK government.
Worse than that, they misspelled my name, so it is clear there’s no double checking if you have any sort.
You can apply directly through the UK government website yourself and save yourself the hassle and for a fraction of the price.
I think this app is a scam

Not user friendly

When submitting for a dependant I should be able to add my children to my application. The first page is unclear and try getting the ID photo requirement for a toddler. Definitely needs some work.
