Great app - now not working?

Loved having this one my watch but it’s now not working. HELP!

Great App. No Complication.

1st world problem I know, but I’ve just updated to an Ultra 2 (get me) and the complication has stopped working. The app is still available in the apps screen, but it just doesn’t launch. In fact it’s now not even available as a complication. Real shame as this is the best tide app out there. Tried deleting, rebooting, reinstalling, but the app will still not launch. Any ideas please? Cheers.

Just what I wanted!

I wanted a simple app for my watch so I could keep up with the tides. So far, it’s just what I wanted😃 hoorah!

Great App. No Complication.

1st world problem I know, but I’ve just updated to an Ultra (get me) and the complication has disappeared from the list available. TBH the app is still available in the apps screen, but I liked having it as a dedicated watch face. Any idea if this will get reinstated? Other than than best tide app for my Apple Watch. Simple, clean, and works.

Please add Guernsey

Please add Guernsey / St Peter port

Thanks

Great

Really nicely designed app with good complications. Developer was friendly and responsive when I reported a slight bug, which is now fixed.

Apple Watch

It says this is for Apple Watch but I can’t open it !!

Accurate for local location.

As a coastal watcher volunteer this is a great accurate app very handy to have. On the downside when I have an update to my watch the app crashes for about five to seven days. Can not find how to reboot the app.

Great app, clear and easy to use

I love this app, it displays the latest tide time in a clear simple way. Having said that, I set it up for Falmouth and can’t seem to change it to Port Isaac. Even tried deleting it and reinstalling it, still displays Falmouth on the complication. Maybe it will change when I get down there?

No data

Worked for a week. Now showing no data. Tried deleting then reinstalling but still the same. Advice pls

Simple and Perfect

I’ve been looking for a tide app for my watch for some time. Quick glance it gives me time of next tide, with an indication of rise of fall.

Click on dial and several days of information becomes available.

Only set one port, but several hundred seem to be available.

Great app until it stopped working…. (Update: now working!)

This provided all the features I wanted - full range of UK ports I was after, plus a clear and simple “complication” for the Apple Watch - until on day 3 it just stopped working (“The data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format”). WatchOS unchanged (7.5), iPhone iOS unchanged (14.5.1). Only thing that changed was the month! (It’s now 1 June 2021). I tried deleting it and reinstalling it, but there appears to be no option to reinstall after deleting…

Updated 3 June: manage to find a post on Facebook that explained how to reinstall (option to reinstall is greyed out on iPhone but can be done from the AppStore on the watch itself). Now seems to be working again.

In the interim I researched and downloaded lots of alternative apps but none gives the really clear complication that this app does (except for some US ones that are not based on UKHO data and which appear to be out by 30-40 minutes which sort of defeats the object).

So now that it’s working this is a great app which I’d gladly pay money for!

Stopped showing data after updating watch

I found the app really useful until I updated my watch to watchos7.4 then it just says “data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format”so is now no use whatsoever. Hope this is sorted out so I can use it again or it may have been when I updated my phone to ios14.5?

App restoration after deletion.

How do you restore the app after deleting it?

Sorry I don’t have Facebook.

No support for watch OS before 7.0

Had to restore my Watch Series 2 and now can’t install the app as it now needs OS 7.0 which I can’t install on my series 2 watch.

Why remove support for older watches ?

Lost info since update

I can no longer glance at my watch face to see the next tide times since the latest update I now have to open the app to view the times although it is of no great effort to do so it seems as though I have downdated instead of updated. Upgraded to 5 stars as I got in touch with support and they helped me to fix the snag great App thanks guys.

A great ‘does what it says on the tin’ app

I’m pleased the developer was able to provide the ability to toggle between metric and imperial measurements, thanks!

Great complications; needs metric measurements

Great little app. Does what it says on the tin, just a shame you can’t switch between imperial and metric measurements.

The complications are great and are better than those with paid apps.

Metric option and it’d be 5 stars and something I’d happily pay for.

Thanks!

Perfectly simple UK Tide Times on your watch.

Displays the rising/falling tide with an arrow & time it occurs in a complication circle or with text/time&countdown in a corner. Touch the graphic and you get the screen shots shown in the App Store. The only thing missing for me at the time I write this is tide levels in metric rather than just imperial. Other than this I have to say it provides what I need on the watch perfectly.

Does what it says, simply

I was looking for a apple watch app that just simply displayed the high and low tides times for the next 5 days at my local beach, as we have a beach hut and like to know to best time to go, to make the most of the beach! And it does this on my watch! Great!
