1 подписка, 2 девайса, каждый месяц про продлении один из девайсов отваливается из подписки, надо писать в поддержку, в которой пару дней надо объяснять десятку людей, которые не читают элементарные сообщения и не могут решить проблемы, вообще не пытаются. Нервы, время, деньги - на ветер.

Free subscription is only 3 days (not 7 days)
Excellent works on apple tv during 3 days trial. It’s confusing that they promise 7 days, but they give 3. I haven’t decided to pay yet.

Where’s the update that I’m told I need??
Worked brilliantly for a few weeks until I was told an update was required…well here I am in the App Store as directed and there is no update to be had!!! Angry at having paid my money and now have nothing to show for it.

Хорошо работает с домашним WI-FI, но не может подключиться к ВПН серверу через мобильного оператора, в моем случае теле2. Кажется, так было не всегда, в самом начале использования проблем с подключением не замечал. Исправьте, пожалуйста

Приложение конечно на эпл тв топ. Но почему на телефоне и на планшете я не могу зайти через эпл? А на эпл тв могу. Хотелось бы чтобы это исправили.)

оплатить 18 сентября на месяц, чтобы 26 сентября написали что срок действия вашей подписки истёк, когда даже в подписках указано, что оплата продляется 18 октября. гениально, друзья. деньги вернут? :))
Супер приложение
Очень классное, нет заморочек в подключении, все работает изумительно видео в 4к летает, есть ползунок для подключения в Apple TV, спасибо вам большое разработчики за классное приложение)
Не работают
Не работают на эпл тв аккаунт оплачен до 25 года но приложение пишет что аккаунт до 24 года как это понимать приложение не работает

It just works !
Does what it says on the tin, I wanted a VPN to let me stream UK channels while abroad and this one is so simple and works every time. Dont bother with anything else for ease of use and simplicity.

Only worked once then demanded money, if I had known I would have waited until I needed it. I have decided to get my own Openwrt supported router and installed truly free vpn and then take that with me. I would not have bothered if this worked and if I knew it would work when I needed it.

Doesn’t work
This app doesn’t work. Signed up for the year plan after the 7 day trial which worked great, now nothing works, just says unavailable or not available in your region.
They just take your money.
When you try and extend your subscription they take your money but don’t extend your account. This has happened twice and no feedback from the developers. My account is still showing as expired yet I have purchased two additional renewal subscriptions. Be very careful.
Works well abroad
This works incredibly stable on the Apple TV 4K in CHINA! Make sure to update to the latest tvOS 17 in order to use this. Very stable on every other devices as well, unlike Nord and Express VPN, which kept failing since last 2018… In China btw
