App doesn’t work
It’s actually ridiculous that the app doesn’t work for such an important service.

The app has been glitches and saying that it's not available during operational hours

The app completely glitched out on me. First it said 15 minutes, then 3 minutes, then it said my ride was here, and then it said 6 minutes. By the time it started working correctly again, my ride had been waiting outside for a bit and ended up leaving as I was running to catch it. I was stranded and had to pay for an expensive Lyft to get home safely. The wildcab drivers are awesome and really nice, but the app itself really needs improvement.

GPS and ETA Needs Improvement
Car location does not match app map shown to rider. Requested a ride 3 times and each time the car would get stuck on the map for 20 minutes in a random location while the ETA still claimed 5 minutes. Waited on the street and only one of the 3 drivers showed but drove right past and never returned. There is also no way to contact the driver nor is there a way to know if you are 1st or 8th in line so you know the true ETA. ETA solely based on distance from your address not if they are actually 5 minutes from picking you up specifically.
