Won’t accept my phone number
Downloaded the app, it accepted my email but not my US phone number. I type in the appropriate box, and then it says “message sending failure”.
Useless app, therefore useless wifi and Alexa connectivity as you need the app to work to set this up.
The app will not allow me to get past the phone number issue and keeps asking me to enter my phone number, but the. Keeps sending the same message failure. Very frustrating.
AC works beautifully with just the remote, tho.

Gets overworked easily
It shuts it self off if left on too long maybe over 24hrs and the app it’s suppose to connect with doesn’t work. Been trying everything to connect it. Only has two setting to blow and the second lever is not even that strong. The temperature of it works great though. That’s it. Definitely don’t recommend. It’s too expensive for it to be such a waste.

Requires Phone number
Got the Air Conditioner unit and trying to use the app. They require your phone number. Stupid!!! They don’t need it, but no way to skip it! Not giving number.
Also, while one unit worked well for a year or so, 2nd unit no longer gets hot in winter for the heat pump.
Save your money, buy a mini-split from a different brand!!!

Believe the reviews, it’s terrible
I could not even get beyond account set up. Tried Apple ID: service error. Tried setting up account: password error. The only reason I bought this air conditioner is because of the Wi-Fi/Alexa features. And you cannot use either without the app…which doesn’t work.
App is a joke
Tried to register to utilize the app, and it is useless. It stated “Registered” but when I tried to log in, it said my password “failed”. So, I asked to reset. I typed in the required information and it stated it would send me a code so I could reset. The code never came! I tried numerous times to no avail. Would NOT recommend the app unless you like to be irritated.

Works about half the time
Great app when it works but seems very unreliable and goes out quite often. Reboot multiple times does not Fix the bugs.
Can’t connect to Wi-Fi
Bought this bc it can connect to Wi-Fi. Can’t get it to work no matter what I do.
Won’t connect
The app will not connect to the air conditioning unit at all. When I hold the button on the unit, the Wi-Fi doesn’t light up.
So disappointing
I just got the AC unit and it seems to be working well and set up was easy. I was Sooo looking forward to using the app and the smart features like everyone else. The smart features are useless with a useless app. Can’t conned and when it does connect. Doesn’t work and doesn’t stay connected. It’s should be a software fix… I hope the company can get their software engineers to earn their money and make this work please. Otherwise why would anyone buy this unit. Most of us brought it for it’s smart features

Is ZERO stars an option!
I purchased this air conditioner for the convenience of being able to turn it on when I’m not at home. This app is horrible. I have spent hours trying to pair the ac and my phone. When it does find the device it disappears from the list! Very frustrating. I actually thought I was getting somewhere and went on to the Alexa pairing step and Alexa couldn’t find my device because it disappeared from the app! Waste of time!

Does not pair to A/C
Straight up doesn’t connect via qr code and softap. Collects email and phone and gps, then fails to pair to device.
Connecting the app
So for those having a hard time connecting the app to the unit, I discovered that if I switched to 2.4ghz internet I was then able to connect. Once I figured that out it’s been working great! And I love that it I leave home and forget to turn off my AC boom, I do it remotely and and don’t have to worry about my energy bill. Haven’t tried connecting to Alexa yet, hopefully that goes smoothly too.

Wi-Fi app Doesn’t work
last year when I got the unit the app worked fine. This year it’s asking me to sign in and add my phone number. So when I click in the spot to put my phone number it takes me to another page and I put my phone number and it says “phone number registered“ but it doesn’t take me anywhere to start using it. So then I have to go back and it says the phone number has to be entered and it’s like a vicious cycle that doesn’t get me anywhere.
I cannot use this. This company really needs to fix this problem. I see so many people having the same issue and other issues with this app. Don’t sell unit saying you could connect to Wi-Fi if you cannot! It’s not worth the money.

NO WI-FI
So if your looking for Wi-Fi control, FORGET IT. spent an hour fooling with it. Nothing. I have other Wi-Fi devices in house so I am extremely upset. They were easy to set up
Net Error
App was usable for a month, now I keep getting “net error” when trying to login. Can’t control the AC from work, which is what I needed this for. Customer service is nonexistent. If you’re reading this, then you’ve already bought the unit. It’s a great item, but the app takes away all the stars for me.

I really hope the air conditioner works better than the app. I tried for four hours to connect the air conditioner to Wi-Fi and Alexa with no luck.The reason I bought the unit was because the ad said that it can be controlled with Alexa and from the phone
App technical issues
Could not complete registration in app because there is a net error. Configurations will not complete when setting up wifi. Please help
The app took a few try’s to work
Downloaded the app and it states service failure. I couldn’t find anything helpful to guide me to connect but after installing the application and a few tries to signing up I closed the app and reloaded the window tab as well. Reopen the app and it let me successfully sign up. I scanned the QR code, pushed the speed button for 3 seconds and input my WiFi info 3 x times and it was successful. I took a few tries but it works. Hopefully this info helps anyone.
