Сяй: Ukraine Power Outages

Сяй (Ukrainian for “Shine!”) shows the power-outage schedule for your address in Ukraine. Green: the power is on and you see how long it will last. Amber: when it's back. It also tells you when to start the washing machine or boiler so it finishes in time, shows whether neighbours in your queue already have power, and reminds you in advance — even offline. FIND YOUR QUEUE BY ADDRESS Tap "Locate me" and the app finds your region, town and street — just add the house number. Or type the address: we ask the grid operator for your queue. Address search works in Kyiv, the Dnipropetrovsk region and 13 more regions; elsewhere, pick your queue number from the list and the app tells you where to find it. When operators reassign queues (1 October and 1 April), Сяй re-checks the queue of your saved address. • "Will I make it?": the best time to run the washing machine, boiler or power station • "Power on / off" reports from neighbours in your queue • Outage mode: time left, phone battery, internet, neighbours' reports and "Find power nearby" • Map of venues with power — cafés, coworkings and shops with photos, internet, 24/7 power and opening hours; directions in Google Maps — free • Read it at a glance: "Power on · steady since 08:24" and "next outage in 3 h 2 min" • The day as one bar — green on, amber off, grey possible changes — for today, tomorrow, the week and the month • Quiet hours 23:00–07:00 and per-place notification switches • Live Activity timer in the Dynamic Island and on the Lock Screen; Home and Lock Screen widgets • Reminders 30 minutes before an outage, schedule-change and emergency notices — reminders are scheduled on the phone, so they work offline • Calendar subscription, weekly statistics, water tips for high floors • A schedule picture with a QR code for your building's chat СЯЙ PRO — $0.99 / MONTH Several places — your parents', the summer house, work — with their power state right on the home screen, custom reminder times, an alarm that rings even in silent mode (iOS 26), tomorrow's outage forecast and analytics, planner reminders, no ads. One subscription covers the whole family via Family Sharing (up to 6 people). Renews monthly until cancelled in Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions. Schedules come from the official websites and channels of regional grid operators, YASNO and Ukrenergo (DTEK schedules for the Kyiv and Odesa regions via an open dataset that copies DTEK's pages) and are checked every few minutes: Kyiv city, the Dnipropetrovsk, Kyiv and Odesa regions and 16 more regions. Not yet: Donetsk, Khmelnytskyi and Chernihiv regions; no schedules are published for Luhansk and Kherson. Сяй is not an official app of any operator; if anything differs, the operator's website is right. The app is in Ukrainian.
