What is this game and why’s it getting so many bad ratings? Can you guys make one where it’s Ukraine in 1917 where we fight the Soviets the anarchists and the Polish?

Я вот не пойму, неужели разработчикам так плевать на эту игру в целом, что они буквально не могут исправить всего один баг уже несколько лет.
Не - поднимается - доход - за - строительство - заводов - и - всего - остального - что - должно - приносить - доход!!!
Игра была бы замечательная, если бы не это.
