$27 fine for every negative?????
I don't understand why every time my card balance goes negative, I get a $27 fine? And then when the bank cancels transfers, there's another $27 fine. A $27 fine for every negative balance! I even went to the bank to prevent my card from going into negative balance, but the bank employee told me to just keep money in the account and there wouldn't be any negative balance or fines. What terrible service you have! If there's no money in the account, they cancel all transactions. In short, it's time to close my account with you; the service is very bad, and the bank itself is terrible with its $27 fines.

UI design
You need to hire a good designer because the app looks like a basic website. Improve the user interface. Everything else is fine.
Slow and often glitches
Overall the bank’s performance is satisfactory, however the app often trips and has various maintenance issues. Also, I wish the speed of the system was better.

Updated app is easy, convenient to use
I do a majority of my money managing through the UFCU mobile app. It’s easy and convenient. Accounts may also be synced with payment platforms like PayPal and Venmo, works great with Apple Pay, and looking forward to seeing Zelle get rolled later this year.

Visa card tab/window not working
in mobile app Visa Card tab not working. On web view it opens up no problem (on iphone Safari ) i updated app to latest n thats where it stoped working.

Credit card payment problem
I like this app, but when I was on android smartphone, everything was great, now, I’m on IPhone, and I still love this app but can’t open my credit card page. You need to fix it!!!
Needs a lot of work
It does not easily differentiate between deposits and withdrawal amounts. Mostly my issue is that it is hardly mobile friendly. Yes it’s an app, but that is the extent of the mobile friendliness. Password required every single time, no Face ID or Touch ID, after the password you have to do your security questions every single time! If I had known that I would have put short answers. You can easily transfer between accounts, but I do Uber and I cannot do express pay, it was rejected.
-Thank you for answering. However, I got rid of Ukrainia FCU. Every weekend, if I bought anything you took the money AND held the reserve. Anything, debit or credit bought after 6 pm Friday. God forbid it’s a holiday weekend. $3 or $600, you took the money and reserved it. I had to call the bank so many times they knew my voice. HORRIBLE experience!

Constantly crashes before session expires
Beware. Make sure you log out of your session before closing this app. Otherwise the session will get hung and cause an error not allowing it to open again. Reinstall necessary. It would be nice if IT team would see this message and fix the bug.
Rwally slow
It takes eternity to get in sometimes, no face or touch id, continuously changing passwords, too complicated pw makes the application almost not accessible!!! You never know what is going on at your account at UFCU!!!
