Okay, so I’ve swiped up for full volume and I can’t hear anything. What’s going on?
No audio—known issue for years never fixed
I wanted to do the baritone ukulele class. It this app has a problem with no audio for the videos. It’s clear from other comments that it has had the issue for years.
If ukelikethepros can’t maintain the app, what other basic stuff can’t they do correctly? This isn’t a free app we are talking about—these courses cost real money—so it’s a serious red flag that has ruled out using ukelikethepros at all.

My review
It’s overall a great app, but I went to practice today and the app wasn’t loading, I don’t know if it’s something on my end or if it’s something on the developers side.
No Sound
It’s that simple none of the videos have audio and can’t get support from anyone
Great for beginners
I was totally new to playing the Ukulele or any instrument and learned so much from this course. It’s all very well explained and easy to follow.
Audio doesn’t work
The lessons don’t have any audio on iPhone X latest version iOS
It’s ok
I got this app because I am a new ukulele player and wanted to learn how to play ukulele, this app had really great ratings. Then when I went onto the app, I watched the welcome video and then the first lesson was just about different types of ukuleles which was helpful, but then it wouldn’t let me go onto lesson two I tapped on it a bunch of times and it said restore purchase.

My favorite
Terry has been my favorite online instructor for learning ukulele since purchasing one a few months ago. I like his teaching style and content. I’ve played piano and bass guitar over the years and had my share of traditional lessons and his are as good or better than any traditional lessons I’ve paid for. This app is great for portable, on the go, practice and learning. One of the things that attracted me most to learning ukulele was the portability of the instrument itself so it only makes sense to have a resource for learning and practicing that is equally portable! Kudos, Terry! And Thank You!!

Just stared playing the ukulele. Have enjoyed the app so far. Will update in 6 months or so.. so far so good.
Easy to follow
I am a music teacher and I am starting a ukulele group this fall. I have been using the basic lessons to teach myself to play and will recommend this app to my kiddos.
Great uke app!
Terry’s instruction is top notch. Organized, systematic and thorough, but never dry. You will learn so much going through the lessons in this app! It’s easy to use and has great links to learn more with no monthly fees or annoying pop up advertisements. The one time 4.99 upgrade is totally worth it.

New Ukulele Player
I was looking for a good foundational course and found it! This is a great introduction to playing the ukulele. For me It’s the perfect blend of information from the basic elements of the instrument to an introduction of playing methods, rhythms, and reading music.
Perfect app for the Ukulele beginner

These ukulele tutorials have been created & crafted by Terry Carter & are superb. This app was just what I needed & was looking for starting out (but learning very quickly) as a complete novice. Genuine five star top marks - I cannot recommend this app any more highly!!!

Never found someone so knowledgeable on ukulele, yet patient, and with great teaching skills. Terry truly makes the learning fun.
