the tuner feature works great, however the lessons on the app that require you playing and the app listening hardly ever works

Trying to play along with the app the AirPods keep disconnecting to the app been happening for a long time now super annoying. Other than that it’s great

whole new layout is ugly and all the songs i had saved are not only gone, but off the app.

Was a 5, Now useless
The app was teaching me well, I was very happy with it. I made progress and as a new Ukulele player, it was the greatest thing next to having a live teacher. But then they updated the app…and it won’t open on my phone. So I wrote support, and they have a new update version, which won’t open on any device.
Totally lame, take it back to the version that was there last month and dump the updates, they’re worthless. Making the app completely worthless. Again.

It’s not YouTube
Although I do believe you can learn a lot from YouTube, but the commercials are irritating so it’s nice not to deal with it.
Good and bad at once
On one hand, you get a bunch of different songs to choose from and free lessons! On the other hand, in order to actually play the whole song, you need to get a dumb subscription.

Worth a try
Great for beginners. Truly enjoying the app. I like that the modules are approximately 15/20 minutes long for you to be able to easily snag a lesson a day. A ton of free stuff to get you started. Will probably pay for at least one year to see where it takes me.

Chord Focus Feature Doesn’t Work
I was enjoying this app until I got to the chord focus part of the G Chord Module where you have to play the G chord three times. I have an iphone 17 pro max. I have airpod pro 3s. I’ve been playing guitar for nearly 20 years. I’m in tune. I’m playing the G chord properly. My mic is on and app permissions are enabled. The app will not recognize it three times no matter what I do. The most I’ve gotten it to recognize is once. The app won’t let me progress any further until I do it three times, therefore I’m unable to continue the course. Really disappointing, I was exited to use this app and was having fun with it until a lame issue like this rendered the whole thing unusable.
