App never works!
ULL has let us down big time with this app, and the updates don’t even work! I can’t even log in anymore!
I can’t even.
I got this app because I thought it’d be fast to get to my moodle, but boy was I wrong. Before the semester started I got the app - it worked perfectly. After the semester started - it stopped working. I’d go to log in, and as soon as I logged in the app shut do; it closed out snd I was sent back to my home screen. I’d rather get my computer out and open moodle than through this app.

The tens of thousands of dollars Ive paid to attend this university gives negative dollars to this app. Might be ran by a bunch of monkeys and rats on a wheel. I’ve seen cara in head on collisions operate better after the wreck than this app does on a good day sunny and 75. I need a beer.
Very Bad
The app almost never works and crashes all the time. The email aspect does work but after that it’s basically useless, especially at the beginning of the semester when the most people are attempting to use it.

Constantly crashes and is very slow and now It has been crashing when I open it for 5 months
Tuition does not go to the app
I give this app 2 starts because the student email works and that’s where it pretty much ends. Good luck accessing moodle or Ulink without it logging you off, or in my case, simply not opening - even after downloading again. This is truly the least mobile friendly mobile app.

Constant crashing and log out
The app is good when it actually works. But you only have about two minutes to do anything before you’re booted out of whatever you were doing and have to log back in. And most recently, it crashes every time I try to access Moodle.
Can’t use the app on my iPhone 11
The app works until I try to log in either my moodle or ulink account. Once I click log in the app crashes and closes itself. I can’t use it.
App Does not stay open
I would love for this app to remain open shortly after logging in. I like that fact that everything is at my fingertips, but the app closes shortly after logging in.
Needs to be fixed
Kicks me off every time I open the app. Really need to fix the app before changing the format again….
Crashes costantly
This app is constantly crashing. Please fix it. It makes me not even want to try to use it because it always fails.

Can literally almost never use this app because it will instantly log me out of my account when I log in. Please fix this immediately.
Good app (better with Cajun Card Added to Apple Wallet capability)
As I said in the title, it would have been much better if the app could add the student’s Cajun Card (UL student ID) to Apple Wallet.
Difficult to log in.
It would be very helpful if they fix the log in issue.
Great App Very Useful
Very handy app gets you to where you need to go and very accessible.
Very outdated
I’ve been going to UL for about 3 years now and hate using this app. It is really outdated, randomly crashes, and automatically logs you out after being on the app for longer than 3 minutes. This app brings more inconvenience than help to your life.
