Memory built in died in 6 months, cloud storage doesn’t work, no audio, trash scam business and product
Fix this !!
Completely makes what i bought useless because now the app wont even open or anything at all. Company needs to fix this ASAP if they don’t they were just an end scam business.

Cuando intentas ver videos grabados en la SD, solo se queda pensando y no te permite revisarlos. Las pocas veces que he podido ver videos, no me ha permitido guardar en mi celular grabaciones.

โหลดวีดีโอไม่ได้เแอพค้าง กล้องไม่สามารถดูออนไลน์ได้ เป็นมาเกือบเดือนล่ะ อัพเดทลงรายละเอียดว่าแก้ปัญหาการนำเข้าวีดีโอ แต่อัพเดทหลายครั้งอาการก็ไม่ต่างจากเดิม ควรปรับปรุงทีมพัฒนาแอพด้วย

Downloaded videos now are out of sync with their audio. Playback in the app is synced, but not the downloaded clip. Most frustrating.

Can’t get the cloud playback to work
Set up my subscription and now I can’t get the cloud playback to work. It just sits there and tries to load for hours.
Terrible
I cant even create a profile because it’s saying password error when I am using the correct password format! Clearly a system bug issues that has prevented me from using my camera for over 4 months!
Forgot password doesn’t work
Can’t login forgot my password and the reset is stuck on loading.

I paid the 3 month subscription and it wouldn’t allow me to go to the cloud to review recordings. It just keeps kicking me out. Lame

How is apple allowing apps as such without any functional websites and allowing subscription payments where the subscription doesn’t even work.

Really intuitive and helpful
I bought a minicamera and it was pretty easy to connect it with the app. Really useful. Love it. 🙌
