It’s a scam and you cannot withdraw your funds. Apple should be taken to court for having this site on their Apps Store. I will be contacting the authorities to see if anything can be done.

100% SCAM

Don’t do it! That pretty woman is a fake and she is going to take you for a ride. There is no information on the site telling you how it works and when it comes time for you to withdraw your money, they want 10% for a stupid setup verification process that is not found on the site anywhere. She’s good looking but don’t let her fool you!

The app is terrible, and is used by scammers. Very easy to put your money in. Just try to get it out and see what happens.
