l'App ne marche pas même avec les MàJ

J'ai essayé plusieurs fois lors des versions précédentes sans succès la procédure se bloque lors de la reconnaissance faciale, mais pour cette version (2.3.0) le wizzard donne erreur dès le départ après la saisie du code otp : l'incsription pour ERE n'est pas autorisé

It never works

when I try to open a new account, I enter all my info, but when I hit submit it does not work.
tried multiple times during several months, and still the same issue.
