Bad product
No detention mode
Unfortunately on iPhone is no detention mode in app. I also used it on android and first we had detention mode and then when I wanted to set it up it disappeared. I did all to fix it and installed everything again but no results. It’s also annoying cause when people coming through my possession camera is not recording- only if press the bell what I really don’t like it. Door bell camera is not working well it is lagging . For this price I thought I will get something better and working properly. I don’t know if software is bad but check for all updates and all is up to date. Hope you will do soon some updates. If not then I am really unhappy and never again will use anything from your brand . Really disappointed.

This doorbell is awful. I read a review that gave it 4*. Must have been a scam. It’s described as having 1080 video, it hasn’t. It’s described as having excellent night vision, it hasn’t. The video quality is appalling. Also, the doorbell camera just pushes into the holder so it can been taken at anytime. It gets worse, when you realise how bad it is, you can’t send it back because China doesn’t accept anything through the post that has a battery in it. I was well and truly bitten. Don’t make the same mistake.

App does not work properly
This is not worth the money at all. We set this up inside our house to look out the window to get video evidence that our neighbor is letting her dogs run loose and terrorize the neighborhood because they keep killing our chickens. The app set up was actually very very easy. But half of the time the recording function for alarms does not work. It is supposed to give you a photo of what the camera sees when motion sets off the alarm. We are lucky if we get a photo one out of 16 times every single time and every time the alarm goes off, we check the cameras and by the time you get through the lag and the poor video quality whatever set off your camera is gone. I have seen better apps be created by teenagers at my local high school. The quality of this app is horrible and the camera is pointless. Unless you are constantly watching live video feed 24/7. Our Wi-Fi is perfect, so it is not an issue with our Internet connection or our phones. Do not waste your money on this product.

Alarm times are wrong
The times recorded in the alarm tab are wrong. For example I pressed the bell button now at 10:45 on the 21st of July and it recorded it as 21:45 on the 21st of July. 11 hours ahead. App should have a way to see bell battery status even without having to press the bell button and should have a notification when the battery is going flat like other apps.

Seria muito útil se fosse possível acessar o fone e câmera da campainha sem que ela precise ser acionada pelo terminal externo!
Hoje durante um atendimento da campainha onde eu não estava em casa, bloqueei meu cel sem querer e quando desbloqueei a campainha havia desligado e não consegui terminar de falar com o entregador para orientar sobre a entrega na casa ao lado!

Worst App Ever-Worst Product Ever
This app gives almost no information and is horrible to try to use. The doorbell sleeps all the time and you can’t wake it up. Starting out, the manual says to charge fully, but gives no indication what to look for to see if it has fully charged. If you can’t wake the doorbell up you can’t get to the settings to see the battery level. The manual is in the app and is an exact copy of the terribly inadequate paper copy that came with the doorbell. The paperwork claims the doorbell battery will maintain a charge for a long time depending on usage. Mine has to be charged every 3 days and we get very few visitors. To summarize, the app is as bad as the doorbell. It’s a waste of money and a waste of time.
I finally got an SD micro card and after numerous attempts it finally formatted. It is still terrible software. If you want to delete videos, as far as I can tell you have to select one at a time. There is no feature to select all and delete once. The device itself is awful. I had it on the kitchen counter charging and the bell would ring & notify me via the app that my doorbell was calling, so it couldn’t be because of cars driving by. Unless there’s an entity I don’t know about pushing the doorbell, it’s incredibly buggy. I had nearly 100 useless files to delete over 2 days.

Able to see equipment on the router list but does not connect. All permissions on. All directions followed. Either app or equipment or both faulty.
