I’m trying to provide feedback, but I can’t get to send
I use this app quite often, but there are some presentation problems.
Not all messages can be read.
In some places, messages and instructions overlap making them difficult to read.
I get to some places and have difficulty getting “Home”.
I tried to give feedback in the app!
I was able to type in my feedback, but couldn’t find a way to close the keyboard. So I couldn’t send it.
Usually there is a “done” to clear keyboard.
On this page, there is a “send” at the top right to allow me to send this message!!
So, here is my feedback:-
In “Appointments” there is a message under the heading which says “Please note in order to retai”. There is obviously more of the message, but I can’t find a way to read the rest of the message!
Please will you provide a way to read the final part of the message.

Does the job well
This app is miles better than the website on my mobile as the site just barely ever went into the mobile version. Makes booking my appointments so much easier as I always forget to call during working hours!
