Extortionist app
I’m a paid subscriber and still get harassed to pay more and upgrade. Sick of the app, will switch to an alternative in due time. Shamefully extortionist management!

I bought a life time membership years ago but somehow was still charged $50 to use the app, and now when I try to open it, it goes through all these questions then tries to charge me again.
I pressed restore purchase but excuse me I don’t trust this app the press purchase again.

Bought pro but still get ads
Even after buying pro, EVERY time I open the app I get spammed with surveys and then prompted to extend my subscription. Absolute junk

So much potential if sheet music functionality was improved
As a pianist, the sheet music and in particular the pro versions have been very useful. But as someone trying to arrange various rock/pop songs for piano it's quite frustrating that there's a lack of customisation, namely:
-Only being able to view one section at a time
-Transposing results in difficult reading as it doesn't switch between to bass/treble clefs
-Inability to take notes
-Lyrics inconsistently showing up
I understand a lot of the tabs/music are community-generated. But adding functionality to customise it to bring it up to a functional level of that of Sibelius (but simplified for tablets and performance-focus etc) would be amazing. It would even justify a more premium pricepoint (if it was regularly updated and improved on, without bloat and less annoying pop-ups to upgrade)

Looking for a replacement app now
I’m a paid subscriber to this app and I am constantly interrupted by aggressive ad walls every time I try and do anything. I will not renew my subscription. Very very very annoyed and disappointed by what’s happened to this previously excellent app. The owners of this app should be ashamed of themselves.

I hate this godforsaken app. There are FAR too many ads. Good luck trying to find any chords or tabs. There is a 99.9% chance you will be tricked into clicking on an ad, and even if you aren’t, you have to constantly exit out of them. You cannot access any tabs without paying as well. You are better off watching YouTube tutorials and writing your own tabs.

This is a great app, I’ve been using it for many years.
Incessant UGpro promotion
I literally didn’t even play anything or try out the service for the first 10 minutes of install. Endless surveys and prompts to pay for their pro service before I’ve even tried the app. Do you guys seriously expect anyone serious to pay before even trying your app? In the end I uninstalled. Not worth my time or yours.

Errors and omissions
I don’t understand why this app gets good reviews. Here are just a few of the bad things… 1) I set it to play acoustic guitar but the sound comes out like an electric harpsichord, despite me changing the volumes of the various instrument options. 2) The music it plays is not what is shown on the tab. There are extra chords and different notes. 3) The music it plays for songs I know well is very different indeed from how the artist plays it. I often have several different recordings of a song and the ug version isn’t like any of them . 4) when it tries to “optimise “ the app to suit your needs, the choices are very limited e.g. it doesn’t even have blues as a style option. Needless to say, I have cancelled my 7 day free trial.

Latest update no good
As others have said the latest update has all sorts of issues. I’m a pro subscriber but have just cancelled my subscription as I’m sick of all of the spam and upselling as soon as you open the App
Not for professional use
Despite paying for the app, you’ll get spammed with ads you can’t skip trying to sell you more in-app purchases, when trying to use the app that you’ve already paid for. Insufferable when needing a quick chart, and shows contempt for their paid users
