bug makes event mode unbeatable
sometimes on attempting to do a race on france day or france night the game gives an error message saying it trying to allocate 6 million bytes or so to object racecontrol b and then game crashes making event mission 41 (prototype multiclass) impossible please fix because it is otherwise a good game

Stick with the original.
This new version has online racing. It sucks. People just drive you off the track. It also has daily challenges. Those suck as well. There are a group of cheaters that will win by 20+ seconds over everyone. Stick with the first version of this game, this one sucks.
So much detail
You can tell this game was made by someone who loves racing. There are so many tracks and cars. Incredibly detailed real life tracks, cars with unique handling characteristics, and lots of setting to setup races exactly how you want. I have gotten a bug where you get no money after racing in a championship.. I hope they fix that but otherwise great game.

The controls are appaling
Using the directional control on this game is just total rubbish. Cars are often unreactive, or attempting to turn involves sending the car off in the opposite direction/overturning.
It would help if the vehicle handling was even slightly realistic, which it is not in the slightest.
Deleted the game after around 20 mins of frustration.
