Used to be so good
This app used to be so good and would show all the stats and match info for all of my favourite teams but now after the new update i can’t even open the app it just gets stuck on the loading screen unusable
App Freezes
App has stopped working, tried deleting and redownloading and still doesn’t work. Very disappointing for an app you have to pay for.

Great app, love the scores and team sheets but I can scroll on any of the articles. I’ve paid for premium membership but anytime I try to read an article it won’t scroll down to view the whole thing. I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app, but still can’t read anything all the way through. Would be great to know if this is a wider problem or something just for me. Would be even better if it could be fixed.

Where did it all go wrong?
This app was the pinnacle of rugby apps. Since then it appears the developers have hung up their computers. Laggy, slow and constantly drops out. Look elsewhere.

Needed, but…
It is the only thing out there that I can find to have all your rugby info in one place. However it is so frustrating, unwanted videos constantly pop up - clearly a glitch rather than intended, the Ultimate Rugby news and data seems to always be inaccurate in a few details, including points, league positions, player’s club, etc. I have subscribed for a few years now and really want to love this app but it just falls so short of what it could be with a little more thoughtfulness and investment. Please make it better, even just 10% better would make it amazing! Less glitchy, better photos, more thoughtful news feed, more accurate news reporting, updated player details, any one of these items would go a long way. (But the glitchy pop ups make it unusable.)

Terrible app
Won’t let you see anything for free without paying yearly subscription. I could be wrong but that’s the only screen I saw when I used the app for 5 minutes but that’s enough to award this app 1 star.
Is anyone supporting this app?
Used to be the best rugby app out there. Now it has too many bugs and features not working. Today, when selecting a news item, the item shows for 1 second then my phone screen goes completely blank. I suspect it’s a rogue ad as it happens on all news items. Very poor.

What a con!
I have a valid, current, subscription to Ultimate Rugby from the Google Play store, linked through my Google account. I can’t use that subscription here, which is almost to be expected, but the same subscription here is almost 3x the price! I won’t be paying it. I’ll have to rely on other sources now. Shame, as I’ve been a subscriber for years.

Buggy still after all these years
Amazing that for an established rugby info platform you still can’t get the app stability right … even with paying subscribers the app fails, or doesn’t update or just goes into mysterious loops … come on guys, raise your game !
