Disappointing
Love the concept but cannot sync to my Heart Rate monitor or Garmin watch and as a result testing results were not accurate. Also this app does not allow you to edit your activity, I forgot to indicate my treadmill run ended and as a result logged 30 miles and was not able to change it to what I really did which was 5 miles. I was looking forward to using this and ultimately just wasted 10 dollars.

Unsure about this
Seems like a comprehensive plan until you actually try and record your run or use anything else on the app. If you’re willing to subscribe to use then it should be ok. This should be made clear in the beginning.
Does not connect to Garmin.

Unable to connect to garmin
Just getting started with this app. I am trying to do the two fitness tests at the beginning, but it’s not connecting to my Garmin Fenix 5 plus. The heart rate sensor is on and working, unable to find any information about this problem.
UPDATE - I reached out to the developer, and he was extremely helpful and responsive. Turns out it won’t directly connect to Garmin devices, but will pull data from the connect app.

Can’t get it to connect
I would love to use the app but it won’t connect to garmin or my watch. I disconnects and re connected twice, went on runs and nothing shows up on the app. Had to unsubscribe.
Excellent idea, needs integration
The premise of the app is excellent. An ever changing plan that evolves from you heart rate and elevation data.
Its just a shame there is no integration with any watches at this stage, which means you mist take your phone with you. I very rarely take my phone on runs and i really dont want to.
If you run with your phone all the time then this is an excellent app and really well thought out. One of the best i have come across. If you dont...look else where, but keep checking back to see if it changes.
