Been trying to reset my password and I’m not getting the email to do so need help!
Needs updating
Once you hit start workout and if you switch apps. It will reset to home and you have to start the workout again to get back to where you were.

Locked out after renewal
I will say that overall I like the workouts and had no issue using the app until I renewed my premium membership. I didn’t use it for a couple of weeks and the day I try to use it, I got logged out of my account. I've tried signing in to no avail and supposedly would be getting an email to reset my password. This is extremely disappointing because I paid for a full year and can’t even log on. The app itself doesn’t even contain an email for us to use to contact support which is ludicrous. I won’t waste anymore time or money on this app.

Can’t stop the payments
I am trying to uninstall the app and stop the payments and am finding it impossible. Kindly advise me on how to do this, as I am no longer interested in this app. Thank you

Why did I just get charged 9.99 when I don’t even use the app anymore?? I did he little trial thing and that was it. I’m not even using the app and I just got charged money!? I don’t even know how to stop paying for it... :(

Can’t even set up an account as someone else has the same email address. Oh well, will have to give this a miss...

Seriously unless you are willing to spend a lot of money do not get it. It won’t even let you do a single workout until you paid
Scam
This app is a scam I paid for whole year subscription and suddenly it stop working I try to contact support team provide the evidence of subscription no response from them I m trying to contact them for last two days no reply
Log in prob
I have a paid yearly subscription and have been locked out of my account since an update back this spring/summer sometime. I’ve tried to email to the only email I can find and have yet to get a response. I have emailed at least four times to this email and even tried another email I found which turned out to be a completely different company, but they responded to me within a day. I tried to click the app support and it only takes me to the website w the one and only email I can find and have tried to email. Has anyone else had this issue and can someone please help? I paid for a year and only was able to use it for about six months. I love the app and used it daily. This is the only issue I’ve had. I’d still be using it daily if I could get logged in. And no, I cannot reset my password. That’s the problem. It says it emails me, but I’ve gotten no email to reset my password.
