I love the app bc i have social anxiety and i don’t have to talk to anyone and it tells you how much the price is gonna be on the app so you can give them the money at the destination without speaking to them. I love this app 🩷

Ive been trying to get a cab but cannot due to the fact that it says I have to have a activation code sent to me, it says it’s sending one to my phone but it never goes through. I cannot use the app so I’m forced to call them directly. So upset .

I use this app alll the time it is good but now it’s asking for a code and they send it to my phone but I never get it . I used to love using this app I know a lot of people that used this app as well. I spoke with someone from ultra and they said it’s a iPhone thing that the app didn’t upgrade yet for iPhone users ..... and that was like 8 months ago 😞 pleaaase upgrade the app please

come on guys. you suppose to be in too of things such as updated for those who uses this to get a cab. i for one can not use it because it needs an new update! i hate calling because the hold time on the phine is way to long!!! so please stop playing and update the app!! -Thanks 🙂🙃

I have used this app on four occasions to get a cab and the car came without the option to pay via debit/credit card. What's the point of having the feature then send cars without card reader??

Great app to use it let that customer see how far is the taxi. Only issue is the it doesn't show the drive which method.
