Change WiFi
I use this for my lights. The problem is I have just installed new a Wi-Fi router and I cannot see anywhere how I can change my lights over to a new Wi-Fi system without resetting them all. I have 10 lights so I’m currently using the switches because it’s going to take ages

Love this app and it’s controls. The hardest part is getting it to sync but once it’s locked in. Wow amazing!
Great app
Really do like this app but would be great if work with home pod as I’m using a Alexa with this app to turn lights of etc so please up date to be able to use with home pod
Ultrabrite Bulb
Set up was easy switch took 4 on/off switches before it connected, app works great whilst at home but as someone else said that they can switch light on while miles away… No it doesn’t which was the reason I bought the bulb so that if I was going to be home late I could put a light on. For it to only work at home well the switch on the wall does the same thing.

Does not work for some rooms
Not sure why some rooms says “doesn’t support that”. I have uninstalled numerous times and will only operate those rooms with the app and not Alexa.

Smart bulb
I have a number of these Ultrabrite smart bulbs and they have been wholly satisfactory. They’re cheaper than most top branded smart bulbs and I would easily recommend them to anyone who’s thinking of investing in this technology..
Excellent value and customer support
Bought one from Poundland to see if was worth a try as so cheap. Had a few problems on setup and emailed Ultrabrite. Got a phone call back that very same afternoon. Excellent indeed. Turned out that the initial on/off routine needs to be done 5 or 6 times and not 3. That got the bulb flashing. Then setup was completed easily. Overall very good support and will be buying more of these bulbs as they don’t need a separate gateway such as required by Lidl bulbs. Also cheaper!

Excellent upgrade from a SilverCrest system
Saw these sockets discounted in my local fixed price retailer. Bought to replace an ageing SilverCrest (LIDL) system as the app to control that system is no longer available from Apple. Easy to install ( but you MUST temporarily switch your router’s 5G output off for installation to succeed ) and the Ultrabrite app is easy to use. Very pleased!

The system
The lighting works very well all over the house but the plug adapters don’t, it looks like they only work near the rooter which is not very good, I think they are very poor
Does not work
Bought one of these bulbs and tried to link it I’m not sure if the bulb Isla dodgy or what but just cannot link the bulb to the app, done everything in the manual and just cannot get it to work, it’s useless.

It actually works
I went to poundland and saw the smart plug. It looked to go to be true but I got it anyway and it works very well. I connected it to my google. Very easy to setup.
Never connect with IPhone
I bought one from Poundland for £5. It’s just waste of my money!!!
Super scam!! I have very high end BT intern fibre optic broadband at home. I tried a good 2 hours with both my iPhones. But the app can’t add the device simply just keep spinning and spinning. Never get connected!!!
They should have written that it doesn’t connect with IPhone!!!

Brilliant. Use them for lamps in the bedroom and just ask Alexa to turn them on/off
Quite possibly the worst bulb ever
£5 at ‘Poundland’ seemed too good to be true and it was - just literally will not connect no matter how many hours you waste trying - such a relief to connect a tp link tapo and Kasa bulb afterwards -yes they’re twice the price but you get what you pay for - bliss and app that works - this is going back for a refund
