App won’t let you book ahead anymore
Terrible app now, cannot make appointments ahead of time, I will not go there and sit and wait, plenty of other places that I can make an appointment with. Your loss Uktracuts!
A waste of time
Truly an atrocious app. It allows me to select a store but that’s as far as it takes me, presumably because my selected location shows “BUSY”. As a retired senior with some computer savvy , I have some available time to try and find a solution to this road block, all to no avail. Pitty those who are in a rush.

Barely functional and not when the locations are closed
I downloaded the app because the website is atrocious. I cannot book online if the store is currently closed? Not even see availability for the future-which is what you book an appointment for? What?? This terrible business idea indeed translates to the app as well. Since it is after hours, I cannot change dates or see any availability at all. Beware.
In the info about the app they highlight how convenient it is to book your favorite stylists and easily find your favorite locations. But it would make sense if you could favorite a location, or a stylist. I cannot see how to do either.

App not working
Cant book appointment on the app. I called. The store and was told they can’t book appointments and to use the app. Let her know it isn’t working. Well, that’s the only way to get an appointment. See ya!!!
Can not find location
Can not find the location even after keying in the address or searching on their map. The location has been in the same place for 20 years but apparently the app has no clue.
Booking online via the web page works but this app fails horribly.
