I have an iPhone and the camera wouldn’t work in the app, the green cross appears but wouldn’t recognise any image, annoying

J’ai tenté de prendre la photo à plusieurs reprises. J’ai changé de couleur de fonds 4 fois, changé de carte, chaque fois cela ne fonctionne pas: ne voit pas ma carte, ne voit pas mes doigts. Bref, je ne réussi même pas à recevoir une suggestion de grandeur de bague.
Does not work at all
Get there sizing kit don’t used this app don’t even work. All so when it did says size 6 that just my finger tip actually size is 12

I used this app but ended up ordering the sizing kit just to be sure. The size the app told me was correct.

Worked great!
I had already bought a sizing kit from Walmart so I knew my size but came across this and wanted to try it. I did both hands using a black credit card and a white piece of paper. I did my right hand first, it was pretty quick, then did my left hand which took a bit longer, but both sized to a 9 which was exactly what I wore from the sizing kit on both hands! It does work but takes patience to turn the cross hairs green then hold still to take the picture.

In my opinion, this app is frustrating and it’s a piece of trash. I changed the color of the credit card. I changed the color of the background. I use the right hand. I use the left hand. I did everything I was supposed to do and each time it told me either there was too much noise in the background or it told me the background was too dark or it told me it couldn’t detect both items whatever in the world that means it didn’t work at all for me. I would not recommend this app at all.

Accurate if done properly
This sizer works great IF you follow directions and do it correctly. I found that if I did not center my middle finger with the card I was using or if I had the camera too far away from the hand when taking the photo, the reading would not work properly. I did around 6 readings for each hand and it would vary between size 7 and 8, with most of the time saying it was a 7 or a 7 with alternative of 8. I was worried it wasn’t going to work well but when I got my size 7 ring, it fit perfectly.

It worked
Worked perfectly for me. Sized at 11 and got the ring which fit great.
Horrible
Gave me a size that’s 2 sizes smaller. Tested with the ring sizing kit by Ultrahuman. Being in tech myself, needs a lot of work and shouldn’t even be on the AppStore as of now. Also reflects about whether Ultrahuman is doing such early buggy releases with their activity tracking models as well ?
Junk
Took over 2 dozen photos; all of the meeting the requirements and with different backgrounds and different cards. Never got it to work. Just order the sizing kit on Amazon. It's $1 here in the US.

This app worked well for me. It meant I didn’t need the sizing kit. Worked for both hands.

Took a dozen pictures exactly meeting the criteria. Error message every time. Just order the sizing kit.
Less accurate than guessing
After using this app over 20 times in a row in different light conditions, on different backgrounds, it has determined that my ring size is definitely either 7, 8, 9, or 10.
