My favorite lights because the strip is thick HOWEVER takes forever to connect and disconnects twice a month. I have to sit down for 40 minutes each time trying to make it work
Not useful
Too limited for a power bar. A simple power bar is desired, and I don’t appreciate that this thing has to have an app to set it up and be able to plot on a battery charger or a desk lamp or something. This power bar is not tended to be a permanent home fixture. The power bar has 4 sockets and 4 USB OUTLETS. AND what appears to be an on-off push button. I regret having purchased this useless power bar.

Dashboard Crash iOS
Well for two years, the app worked great. Now I cannot access any of my lights and I don’t have a switch so no way to turn them on and off. Please fix!
Do not buy these products.
they sell brighter LED bulbs at the dollar store do not waste your money I have 4 in one room. Also not user friendly, I see why brands like Philips hue are worth more money. Also ridiculous how hard it is trying to manage all your bulbs should be easy to sync all lights that are in one room so you can run different scenes. Idk just completely not worth it and beyond underwhelming.

SAVE UR MONEY
Absolute waste of time this was. I spent two hours trying to set up the lights just for it to not work. It randomly disconnected and now it won’t connect back to my Wi-Fi. I want my money back.

Absolutely useless product - payed $79 for an UltraLink SmartHome PowerBar.
It took 2 hours of headaches to get the device connected to the app.
Then trying to link it to Google Home (the whole point of the whole thing) - it won’t connect.

Can’t even use it
It’s so hard to connect, and when I’m trying to understand their very long explications it’s in some chineese language. I have a headache for the second time just trying to connect to wifi my 2 wifi bulbs. It’s garbage !

Need to make setting up scheduling easier. Wemo products are you easier to use.

I will be removing this doorbell from my home and the app. I’m receiving a notification every 1 to 5 seconds (every time the wind blows) and after 2 1/2 days I have over 3,000 notifications in memory. AND THE WORST PART IS I CAN ONLY REMOVE 15 AT A TIME. WHO THE HELL DESIGNED THAT????? Also when notifications are off I don’t know someone is at the door because it doesn’t ring in the house. Look around and invest in a more reliable and realistic doorbell and app. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AND WOULD NOT PURCHASE AGAIN

Terrible to link up with Alexa
Difficulty almost impossible to link with Alexa or Google assess do not buy if you want to use with Alexa or Google access worst product ever bought in my life to link.

Doesn’t not always work
The light trips out at times at first it use to blink.
Cannot find ‘RGB Controller’ option to link device to wifi. It doesn’t appear to be an option??
Trying to set up device... Step 1. Press ADD DEVICE or + then select RGB Controller (LED Strip) ——> RGB Controller is not an option.

Can’t get the doorbell to link to google home
Tried everything possible. Can’t get the account to link with Google and show the devices. Real pain and very disappointed.

It did work flawlessly for about six months, and then I upgraded my internet.
I reconnected my Utralink Smart Home power bar to my network, connect my devices, turn it on and all seems good for about a min. And then everything turns off. Every. Single. Time.
There is no way to set socket settings via software, unless that is what that useless broken “settings” button is for. The “back” button works about 10% of the time.
Also, not HomeKit compatible.
I would not recommend this device at all. Disappointing in every way.

Could be better!
Good. But would have been better if supported Apple HomeKit.
Instructions vague, device won’t connect!
Did everything the instructions told me. Says my wifi isn’t supported as the app only supports 2.4GHz wifi channels, so it won’t connect because my internet is apparently too good for this app. In addition, this surge protector runs VERY hot. Going back to the store, both the product and the app are absolute garbage.
