Please Add Dark Mode
Groups, Rooms and Automations are a bit confusing since a device can have a schedule, groups and automations also have schedules. What takes precedence? Do they act independently? With that said specific functions work fine and the group schedules created work as defined.

Used to work on macOS won’t anymore
The app used to work on macOS and it no longer does. Totally useless for vendors to not allow an app to run on macos, or codes it were it wont. Don’t say "its not designed for macos" as thats not how apple ecosystem works. There are 1000’s of apps that are not coded for macos but simply work because the developer allows them to be installed via the app store.

Pairing is harder than Enbrighten
I’ve tried to pair from this app as well as Aeotec hub. From both apps, I’ve tried to scan to discover and pair wall switch, and I’ve also tried to scan barcode. The app fails when trying to scan barcode. I’ve tried countless factory resets, and let’s see what support says. This is kind of a headache…

Have you tried Manual Pairing: If the barcode scan fails, try manually entering the device's PIN or using the "scan nearby" option in the app3. This can sometimes bypass issues with the barcode scanner. Easy to figure out, MUCH easier than the IKEA lighting app. I like the lights as well, and how they’re so adaptable.

Needs updating
Developer link doesn’t work so only help is via review. Needs updated for ios18. Widget died as unsupported but that widget was one of the best parts.

Malfunctions all of the time….total waste of money! Updated phone and lost everything stored. Moving to Feit Electric….more stable and easier interface!
Super cool light plugs with timer options
I use these for the lights in my spare bedrooms to turn them on a timer on the evenings as a security feature. Super easy to connect to the network and program. LOVE them!

Not great
Dusk till dawn feature is limited. I want it to turn on at dusk, but turn off at 10pm. It doesn’t let me do that, it only lets me set it to turn off up to five hours before dawn. I wish they would provide an update to address that. Also, currently it won’t even let me set a schedule, just says loading failed try later. And it keeps telling me I have a bad connection, but the switch is only 10 feet away from my router, and we have gigabit internet.

Very Poor Quality
Devices frequently go off line and require lengthy reconfiguration. Using Verizon Fios Gigabit router and WiFi. Other connected devices (thermostats, irrigation system, appliances, Sonos, etc.) do not experience the same issues. Do not buy UtraPro devices.
Easy to use and set up
I have enbrighten cafe lights hanging from my park model awning at a campground in northwest Wisconsin. I bought the smart switch to use with the cafe lights for nights when we come in late and I will be able to turn on the lights with my phone. We normally don’t go out at night since we are in our seventies. But in two weeks due to a schedule conflict we will have to drive up at night and I want the deck lit when we arrive so I finally plugged in the smart switch. It was easy to set up. Needs to use the 2.4 Wi-Fi system which I thought would be a problem but it was not. It immediately recognized the new device and it was up and running within a minute. Love the idea that I could put it on a timer and also could control from my phone. I am so happy with this that I spent another $300+ on lights and switch for my patio at home. Now I just need my grandson to come over and hang them for me.

The mal function all the time . Set up the tining is not working at all and I have tried to reach technical and they are horribly to deal with .
What a difference
I bought this smart plug to help with my Christmas lights. Wow what a difference it makes. Not only can I control it from the app but I can set parameters so the blow up decorations are turned off in high winds.

Fountain scheduler
I’m using the timer to control an outdoor fountain. Easy setup… app… and programming. Thanks for taking one more task off my list.
