Tried many of the big ones. But this is definitely the best. Makes trading so much easier. Love it !

A big bug
There is a bug, it happens quite often. When I hit history, the APP stop working, will you fix it please. Thanks

Scam
“Cancelled” my account to deactivate it as instructed. One month later TWO subscription payments were deducted on the same day and after 2 days, two emails and a far from useful conversation with the “chat” section on their page I’m yet to actually be contacted by a real human. This is Horrible customer service, if I can’t actually get in contact with a somebody I’m going to have to change my debit card to ensure the payments will not continue to be deducted from my accounts monthly without my authorisation.

Needs better mt4 support
With mt5 you can just login to you account, but with mt4 there’s a ton of steps and I trade mt4 mobile so it’s hard to complete the steps necessary to login

Great app for journaling trades in the stock market
It is user friendly app, simple and gives report to help analyse my trades eg win%, loss, risk/reward. I used the desktop but to be honest the mobile app is just as good and I’ll probably just update my trades using the app. My only suggestion would be multiply strategy tag for each trades to analyse and ability to change password from my profile. Overall a great app. The free version does everything needed to start out. I’ll be going with the paid version to assess some features I feel I’ll need later.

I have purchased this app because of paper trading but when I paid I didn't see any of those things they announced on the premium ad!!!
And they didn't reimburse me for the purchase that I had for less than one hour!!!

Si je pouvais mettre -10 étoiles j’aurai mis, cette application ne condition pas correctement, cela fait plus mois, je suis entrée en contract avec l’agent et ce denier dénier revenir vers moi , ce puis mars 2024 nous sommes en décembre , tjrs pas de nouvelles, cela dit quand je l’ai contacté en décembre il m’a remboursé, néanmoins il a choisi la somme à rembourser, et non l’abonnement que j’ai payé de 129€, il me rembourse 117€ à la place , je lui explique que ce n’est pas correct , cela le fait rire… il tente de dire qu’il s’agit de la variation entre l’euro et le dollar sauf que non enfaite, en me remboursant sur PayPal il me fait payer des frais pour que je puisse recevoir mon remboursement, alors qu’il doit me rembourser ce qu’il me doit, d’ailleurs sur PayPal ceux sui paient les frais sont uniquement les professionnels il me semble et je n’en suis pas un , bref encore de la triche de sa part,,, très mauvaise expérience

Je suis vraiment très déçu, j’ai payer et sa ne fonctionne même pas correctement ! Je regrette d’avoir dépensé mes sous sur cette app, la synchronisation entre kucoin et cette app et vraiment a refaire ! Une vrai déception 😞, j’étais pres a payer à condition que sa fonctionne et que sa soit automatique.

this is the BEST journal app
i have downloaded many other apps and they were either paid apps or the numbers were wrong(price action or profit calculation was weong), i dont know if this app has a subscription plan or not but im using it for free and it works PERFECTLY, thank you for creating this.

Great app but lacks IpadOS proper Integration.
The application is great, simple, easy to use and yet very useful. The only thing I would love to see in it in the future is a proper integration for IpadOS, since most of my trading takes place on my ipad or laptop and not on my phone.
