Hello Umang Customer care team.
I am unable to use the Umang app. I have generated OTP several dozen times, however the app keeps returning to the home screen. The app doesn't allow for any services to be availed. I have also tried calling on the 1800-11-5246 number as provided via Google search and on the Umang portal. However, it seems that this is an incorrect or incomplete number. Requesting the development team to please fix the login bugs and allow NRI users to take advantage of the services available via this app.

App has bugs
when i click on sign up, it shows some loading screen and disappear, nothing happens. I am not able to sign up. I am NRE from USA and want to update few changes for my aadhar card. This app seems to have many bugs and isnt helpful for me. I request the team to test the login and sign up scenarios in the app.
I tried the aadhar browser website, that also doesnt work, the website doesnt even load.

No one tested this for NRIs
By default this app assumes that all Indians live in India. No one tested it for NRIs and 1000 places where it fails. Plus everytime you login from Digilocker, it takes back to the same login screen - Prioritize Customer UX Experience and remove bugs
