Excellent service
My experience with Umbilically app has been phenomenal there continues upgrades of new functions in person support from teach and client service we really love the app and are pleased with the service received up to date !
Great app
I really love using it, it helps me keep tabs on my kid and manage her school tasks like homework and more for a new app it's really awesome
No push notifications
Not the best app with push notifications not working. This basically means I keep missing notifications from the school. Such a simple thing to fix
Voicenote
My voicenote function does not work, as soon as I try to record my app closes.
My Chat Window is blank
My Chat window is blank since the voicenote function was added. I can’t see any of the messages between me and the teacher.
Disappointing
This app has a lot of issues. When both parents sign in with their different email addresses it kicks one parent out. Currently my husband and I are unable to sign in at all and we receive an error code every time we try to do so. I have deleted and downloaded the app several times but my husband and I are still unable to sign in. We are missing out on important updates about our child. The app really could be better.
