False negatives
There’s only one function I need from this app: tell me if I’ll need an umbrella. I am willing to accept false positives, not false negatives.

This app never alerted me. It would rain on my head - that would alert me. Lol. The rain is more effective than this (cr)app. Lol

Nice concept but not accurate my area
Really like the idea of a nice simple and easy to see rain indicator. Unfortunately the information provided by hour doesn’t reflect reality. It’s raining now not cloudy but not raining.

I begin using this app a couple of months ago and was quite surprised how accurate it was. Not only does it send you a notification to carry your umbrella (with a subscription) but it tells you the hours it’ll rain also. I can only see this app getting better and better as weather forecasting improves.

For the features you want, you have to pay a subscription fee so this app is no big deal for the freebie
Millimeters to inches
Needs to have an option where you can choose millimeters or inches when measuring precipitation amounts.

Need to know if will rain today or tomorrow. This app is perfect. Not cluttered with to much info. Plus can have it at specific time in morning send you notification on rain that day. Great app.
Good idea but simply doesn't work
Notifications are inconsistent.

I love this app, it tells you the most important fact ... will it rain, do I need to take an umbrella or dress for rain. every mornig at a time of my choice it will send me a notification as to whether I need my umbrella. perfect.

It does what it says it will, and nothing else.

I only wish it told me how many hours ahead it looks for deciding if you need an umbrella.
