Glitches Galore
I love having this app but the glitches are so frustrating! The main glitch being the check deposit… we’ve tried it on multiple phones and the back view of the check always has half a black screen and won’t center the image. Front view works fine, though! Also, randomly not saving the login information and Face ID is super irritating!

App does nothing but show an error... has been this way for at least a couple weeks

Since I got my iPhone 11 the app is not functioning properly. It constantly asks me to resign in over and over and over again. I have been reporting this issue for months. Please fix it!!
Frustrating
The one reason I’ll be moving to another bank!! The depositing of checks becomes a crossing finger routine. Most of the times it says amount does not match. There is no way to retake picture unless you cancel deposit and start all over again. No matter how often you try, it says the same thing all the time. Check your competitors banks apps and you’ll definitely see the difference. How long will it take you to fix this problem?

Lovely design & function
Logging into bank accounts is such a dread! This App not only allows me to check my balance from my phone but now with a touch of my finger! No trying to remember login information for yet another account just quick & easy! I love that this credit union cares about all the details & the customer experience. I feel taken care & of thought more than any other bank I’ve been with. Best of banking tech! Thanks UMe!

Excited about the new features!
I’ve been using this app for a while and I’m loving the new features UMe just rolled out. I’m always using mobile deposit and person to person payments, makes banking super easy. Since I travel a lot, bill pay and funds transfer help me keep on top of things while I’m away. And the ATM locator is great too! It was a welcomed update from my credit union, great job guys!

This new app runs slow and is not user friendly.

The new UMe app (which is basically the old app but with some nice new features and new design) works great. I mostly use it to deposit checks since I am too lazy to visit the ATM, and I’ve had no problems. The ATM locator also seems to work a little better. All in all, solid upgrade.

Oh UMe, you've done it again… always finding ways to make me LOVE banking with you! (Who says they love banking? I do. Because of UMe.) This app is AWESOME!
My favorite features are (1) the mobile check deposit, with up to date deposit limit amounts after each deposit; (2) the real-time enable/disable credit, debit & ATM card option; (3) Face ID for logging in; and (4) the updates ATM locator that lets me find an ATM by address; and (5) bank to bank transfers — finally!
NOTE: I have a way bigger mobile check deposit limit at UMe than I have at B of A. Thanks, UMe!

UMe’s New App is Better Than Ever
As far as banking apps go, UMe’s app is top-notch! I love the friendly interface and it is very easy to use. It has every feature I could want (mobile check deposit, real time transfers, enable/disable debit cards, just to name a few) and looks good too. Plus, the UMe Emu adds a nice touch because, well, he has a bow tie. Two thumbs way up for this app.

Besides other reviews I like this app. I transfer money between accounts. I deposit checks and check balances. So it does its job. :)
Needs Update ASAP!!
All I want is an update on Account Transactions and it's giving me information I did over a month ago. I keep having to "refresh" every screen just to get it up to date and accurate. Major bug fixes are needed. Someone get on this asap!
Needs Improvement
It works great if you only want to check your amounts. The "Deposits" feature doesn't work. It keeps saying it can't be done with a 'zero' amount even though you put an amount in & an obnoxious number pad pops up & covers the screen but when you press a number it disappears.

Now you can't even use it with 3rd Party Keyboards because when you try to enter money amounts on, say, the Transfer Funds page, the number pad shows on the top of the screen and won't respond. It's just generally unresponsive and slower than ever now. It doesn't even show my transfer from my checking to savings account accurately. Which idiot thought this update was good enough to release to the App Store?

Update to iOS 9 and iPhone 6 and 6+ Size
Please update to iPhone 6/6+ screen size. Also add support for Touch ID and iOS 9. This app is way dated and needs updating compared to the other banking apps.

Was working fine before the update maybe? Had this problem with my iPhone 4s, then upgraded to a 6 and now it's back again.
