The Problem
I was happy at first I gave them all my insurance information everything went smooth. Now 8 months later I am receiving a 69.00 fee. I have emailed and called and no response.
Wonderful Experience
I applaud this app and the drs who work with the company. The app is user friendly, efficient, and the fee is reasonable. The dr listened to my husband about his issues, med history and was genuine the entire time. We are so pleased to have found a service that’s simple, personable, drs who actually listen and efficient. Highly recommend.

FINALLY A ONLINE DR THAT LISTENS TO WHAT WORKS FOR YOU!
I have used I swear at least 20 services like this one where the dr calls or video chats with you. Everywhere else I went it was like pulling teeth to get the drs to Listen to me and what antibiotics work and which ones don't for my reoccurring UTI.
omg this dr was so sweet and understanding I told her I had been up all night and thrown my money away on other virtual drs who refused to give me Cipro and wanted to give me antibiotics I have just been on and I know don't work for my body. It was so easy with her she was polite and told me to call back if I got worse or needed a refill until I can get seen by my dr face to face right now I can not get an appointment for like 30 plus days with my doctor due to covid .
Do not waste your time on any other dr sites I'm telling you I've been through them all the cheap ones the expensive ones the dr phill one etc

AND I filled in my appointment info and she was FaceTiming me within 2 mins! The whole thing took under 10 mins. BEST DR APP EVER!

Amazing app!
This app is so easy to use and navigate through. I was able to see a provider right from my bed! The provider helped me with all my needs and was very attentive. I recommend this telemedicine app for anyone that has ANY Medical concerns!
