App often freezes and crashes

I primarily use the app to check for Yaka tokens and view current outages (which work fine), but I also use it to reach out to Umeme customer care to report outages and this doesn’t always work. More specifically, the app often tends to freeze, crash and exit when I attempt to fill out the form in the “Customer Chat” menu.
