Can’t read documents.
Not much effort is put into this app. None of the suggestions I left six years ago have been looked it. Offline access to insurance cards sure would be nice
Now I ran into a bug the view documents buttons don’t work. Yes I have acrobat reader installed.

Suggestion
Allow a policyholder to have the ability to have their account associated with two devices. Constantly having to ask my husband for a code. I gave up using this app.
Suggestions
I'm new to the company so have some perspective from former company's app:
- allow use of TouchID for login
- allow access to insurance ID cards while offline and/or allow cards to be saved for offline viewing or able to be added to Apple Wallet.
- allow login while offline to access cards, company contact info, etc.
