App is very slow, sometimes never opens
This app is a hot mess. While employees do apperciate the pharmacy services, this app makes it incredibly difficult. Transferring scripts causes the app to crash, and sometimes when attempting to open the app, it just loads and loads without opening

Never Works!
There’s always some kind of issue. It tells me it can’t load my prescriptions or it tells me I don’t have any or it just crashes. When it does work, it’s really slow. This app has a lot of issues that need to be fixed. As an employee I love the fact that we have the pharmacy now. Every employee I have encountered has been excellent. The app would be spectacular and so convenient if it actually worked. Please fix the bugs!!!
