After the latest update, users are no longer able to remain signed in to multiple accounts simultaneously.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Sign in to the first account.
2. Attempt to sign in to a second account without logging out of the first.
3. Observe that simultaneous account access is no longer available.
Expected Behavior:
Users should be able to remain signed in to multiple accounts and switch between them without having to log out.
Actual Behavior:
The user is required to log out of the current account before signing in to another account.
Impact:
This adds unnecessary steps to the account-switching process, making it more complicated, time-consuming, and frustrating, particularly for users who regularly manage multiple accounts.

Sooo many updates
Having to update the app every single time I open it (about 2x/month) completely ruins the user experience. Mandatory updates shouldn't block basic access

Worst experience ever!
I’ve had a very disappointing experience with Umniah Jordan. The service quality is extremely poor. The internet speed rarely reaches even 1 Mbps, the connection keeps lagging, freezing and disconnecting all the time, and it’s honestly impossible to rely on it for anything. On top of that, customer support is terrible. Every time I contact them, I get no real help and no solutions. I definitely wouldn’t recommend Umniah to anyone based on what I’ve gone through.
