I cant add my Mastercard in to the Application
I mean what is the use of these application if i cant add my card to pay

This company is a scam they discontinued my line before time and lost my paid internet bundles and why you call them they’re helpless

Worst experience ever!
I’ve had a very disappointing experience with Umniah Jordan. The service quality is extremely poor. The internet speed rarely reaches even 1 Mbps, the connection keeps lagging, freezing and disconnecting all the time, and it’s honestly impossible to rely on it for anything. On top of that, customer support is terrible. Every time I contact them, I get no real help and no solutions. I definitely wouldn’t recommend Umniah to anyone based on what I’ve gone through.

English language not working
The english language option doesn’t work. Since years, terrible experience
Disappointing company & disappointing app
Like many Jordanian companies Umniah cares only about drawing money from customers without giving them good service in return.. The app crashes. The internet is intermittent, one can hardly apply for any thing on line cos the internet cuts off & you have to start over again, the mobile phone service is not available in many areas in Jordan.. This company failed its customers big time.

شركة نصابة بكل معنى الكلمة. زادوا قيمة اشتراكي للمرة الثانية بدون أي إشعار أو موافقة، وما رجعولي، ولا حتى ردوا على الشكاوي. نصب عيني عينك.
This company is completely dishonest. They raised my subscription fee for the second time without notice or approval, and never refunded me. No response to complaints either — it’s blatant theft
