Poor app
I can never create an account, which makes travelling very difficult. It won’t let me set my birthday correctly and spends 5 minutes spinning trying to make my account every time I try. This is suppose to make travelling easier and it’s doing the opposite
Pointless
Forced to download this app because the transit system is using it now and I can’t create an account, I can’t do anything on the app. Might be time for an update.
Doesn’t work
Every time I try to create an account it says “error creating account try again later” which has been happening for the last 3 days! As a tourist that hasn’t arrived with any cash, In a remote area, I can’t get the bus without this app! Terrible app that clearly isn’t ready for use.
Setting my birthday
When trying to setup the account the birthday setup is impossible to do. The year and month just jump to a any date as soon as your finger off the screen!!
The worst
I have never come across an app this poorly constructed before. Zero for design and ease of use. Do better!
