I’m disappointed
The app doesn’t let me to create an account!!! How do you know which language I’m able to translate if I can’t create an account? So disappointed ☹️

I should have checked to make sure the app was up-to-date. It doesn’t let me log in though I can login to web version.

Limited Languages
I would give it 5 stars but there is limit languages. You can only translate to 3 foreign languages and two of them are Hindu and Japanese.

Lots of bugs and the worst one deleted my account!!!
The app is very nice in a way that you can make money in your free time while transit in the bus or travelling. However, the app has many frustrating bugs, like while writing the translation, the cursor would jump and select random text and you end up deleting what you’ve wrote. But this is nothing in front of the latest bug I got stung by which is when I was unlinking my LinkedIn account. I received an email saying that my request for deleting my account is received and I’m no longer able to access my account or language pair!!!
This is the most stupid bug an app could have. All my work history, time spent on the app and balance is lost!!! They don’t even ask whether I want to confirm the unlinking or explain that this will cause deleting the account which I don’t understand why would it do so as there is a separate button for deleting the account.

Cannot get any tasks
When i tap on them so they load

Doesn’t work
I can’t do anything through the app, it crashes all the time. Nothing even loads
Notifications are not consistent
I have to reload the tasks page manually to get any job
Got notification but no job
This used to be a great app but for the past 5 days, I got only 1 task, but I often got notifications from the app that I still have 1-2 minutes to finish a task. It’s like the task is there but doesn’t show up on the app.
Limited languages
Unless you can help translate with Chinese Dutch Finnish Norwegian or danish don’t bother downloading.

Don't bother using this on an iPhone.
It’s great, but the algorithm is not good for fast translators
I tend to do my work very fast and I found the algorithm not very fair for fast people. If you are a fast translator, you’ll know what I’m talking about. I sometimes find myself in an awkward situation, I earn only like 3 cents for each sentences that I translated. Instead, if you slow down a bit, you’ll make more money by just staring at the sentence and do nothing. This is not fair for people who really work hard. please fix that.

A lot to improve
The app has several problems:
First of all it randomly crashes,especially when you open it through notifications
Then the guidelines aren't shown:how can i know if i have to use an informal or formal style? And finally the text block mode is ridiculous:translate something doesn't mean translating every word in another one
Fix the crashes and fix the whole translation process by making it similar to the desktop one
