i also paid money to get credits and the app doesn’t do anything, it just shows this woman stock photo. when i click select photo from camera roll nothing happens

I just paid .99 for 10 credits and every time I try to bring up any picture it won’t bring it in to enhance. Just the stock picture of the woman.
