Make sure you are using the Advanced Engine, that works for most photos but in certain pictures the Standard or Sensitive Engine is best. Thanks for your honest feedback!
Doesn’t work
I have some really cute pictures of my granddaughter dancing but because she’s moving, they’re a bit blurry so I tried this app. On the standard setting it made her look mentally impaired and on the sensitive setting it made it clear but it also made her look like a different child!

Yes our first engine was glitchy, we replaced it completely, try redoing your granddaughter’s pics, they should look great now! Let me know how it goes when you update your review. Sorry about the inconvenience!
