Great for weight loss
This app is user friendly and has a great meal planner, now I don’t have to worry about calculating macros or calories. And I love the shopping list it creates using instacart!

I saw a fitness influencer talk about this on instagram and I knew I had to get it immediately! The meal plan creator and grocery delivery service is a life changer! I got a meal plan and ordered my groceries in seconds, the app is the most simple and easy to understand health app I’ve ever used, if your questioning to get it, you 100% should!!
