App is broken
Click on the Technical Selector and it tries to update the product database from their server and gets stuck in a holding pattern forever. Thus, the App is broken and unusable.

I have the same issue with the app. It forever tries to access the database, but never becomes usable.

Would give 5 for ease of use and fastener information given. The problem is that it closes out of the app after 45 seconds, fix this and then it's a 5 -
