Coupons
The app said I had coupons I could redeem in store but as soon as I clicked redeem, it disappeared. I wasn’t able to use it nor can I use the other codes. This is ridiculous.
Missing features
While shopping, I wish there were some pretty standard features like zooming in on items to see the details. Or sorting and filtering options. Maybe even have a view all when there are multiple pages. Your merchandise is great but very difficult to find.
Upset.
It’s really a fine app. I have never had a problem until this update. I love the loyalty feature for the 10th cup of coffee free but in the update I lost the two free cups that I had earned. Therefore I am highly upset because I wanted to get coffee on the way to class using this.
