Terrible app
I downloaded this app because I recently signed up for a membership and their website has no mobile functionality. I thought maybe that’s because they focused all of their effort on an app for mobile users but boy was I wrong. I can’t even sign in to use the app because it “can’t connect to the server”. I’ve tried reinstalling the app and nothing works.

App does not even start
App used to work. However, it does not even run now. It cannot even accept user ID and password.
Amateur and basic
No thought or effort was put into developing this “app”. It offers zero functionality and is basically useless. I’m not sure if it should be called an app. It seems like someone at UNC said we should have an app and they “checked the box”. Do better!!!
Terrible
This App has to be deleted and reloaded every few times I attempt to use it. It glitches out and I can’t check class times. When talking to UNC staff, they were well aware; and, said that deleting and reinstalling was the solution. Wow. Really?

While it takes a little time to figure out how the app works, it works fine for making reservations and cancellations.
Not functional
This app is not working for me. When I select “programs” it asks me for a location. When I select the location, it just stops on that screen and won’t let me fo any further. Then when I go back to programs it has not saved the location. Faulty loop in program.
Doesn’t work
Will not let me sign in. When I select location and try to programming, it says location is not valid. Basically can’t do anything with it.
Limited functionality
It allows me to have my membership bar code on my screen, but the program calandras is broken.
Okay start.
Basic functionality works, but several key features are broken or are very limited. 'Add to Passbook' would be very convenient, but it gives an error every time I've tried it. The section where you can update your info also would be more useful if the address field wasn't locked.
