最低のゲーム会社です
このゲームの開発運営会社は過疎化が進んでいるのに改善しようとせず、ユーザーの改善要望にも全く耳を傾けない最低の会社です。まだまだ高額課金ユーザーが沢山いるにも関わらずです。
私もかなりの金額を課金していたのですがシステムトラブルで私だけが10日間ログインできませんでした。それに対する保証もごく僅かなアイテムのみ。再三メールして希望する保証アイテムを要望してもほとんどのメールを無視され、1ヶ月後にようやく貰えたのは希望してた半分程度のアイテムで終わりです。
アフターサポートも最悪で責任感は全くありません。
腹が立ったので辞めました．
見捨てられたゲームですので新規参加はやめましょう。

It can be useful instead of having to replace ships because I had to replace them because I would run out of room easily because you guys refused to let us have easy way to store instead of having to put them in reserve which reserve requires upgrades to store even more ships

The same as most games , slows right down the further you get into it, to encourage you to pay. I enjoy the game, but won't pay for it. So like a lot of games people tire of it , and start a new game. If you don't mind being patient, it's a relatively, good game 03/09/22 since placing that review, I cannot get the game to load ,unless I delete it, then re-download it. Gets to 100% then stops in most cases. Just a matter of perseverance, or choose another game

Don’t spend, don’t play this game
I lost my log in after spending so much money, costumer support team won’t even reply to my emails to help me get my account back. They even have an office here in LA where i live, so no reason for them not to reply, and I even pay to play. All good reviews are from their own workers.

Очень удивлена количеству оценок. Игра очень крутая. В ней реально надо включать мозг, иначе просидишь на низких уровнях. Играть можно вообще без доната. Да, развиваться будешь медленнее, но, по крайне мере, будешь, а не как в других играх - пока не сольешь бабок, будешь хиляком

All JoyCity games have a very short lifespan. After the first year, the original development team moves on to work on new games. That is when the current games really get tossed aside. All their games with servers die off much faster than most other games. Customer service is not reliable at all. Sure you will see comments here about their games but none are personal and all are copy and paste.
Do not expect any action taken on their part. They simply fake an active game long enough to get people to spend. Then the game is thrown away. Also, they love to revoke players accounts. Sometimes they create errors in the game and then ban any player who was involved. Of course how can the player be at fault when it is the company who creates the game errors. But JoyCity will never admit to being wrong. Instead they will ban your account without warning and send out emails blaming players. Again, not a reputable company at all. Play at your own risk. Best of luck.

함선 안보이는 버그
사냥나갔던 수송함 함선들이 안보입니다. 영해에도 앖고 영지에도 안보이구요 있던 자리 눌러도 아무 반응 없고 동굴에 있는 다른함선과 교환하고 다시 꺼내도 안보이고 사냥 나갔다 들어와도 안보이고 무슨짓을 해도 계속 안보입니다. 함선관리 들어가면 보유하고 있다고 뜨긴 합니다 근데 안보이구 함선 제작하려고 해도 꽉차서 안된다고 하는데 영지에 사냥 나갔던 수송함 5대만 안보입니다. 몇시간동안 계속 제접을 해도 안보입니다.

Quitting the app....too many unresolved issues
Although I have played the game since July 2017, I am “throwing in the towel” and quitting the game as of September 2021. The tech support, developers and customer service have not been able to address the instability issues on the iPad Air and several inoperable button with the discount store on the Samsung 8+. The poor customer service made working with JoyCity extremely frustrating.
If you wish to succeed, be willing to invest significant cash. It is not worth the investment.
