Local that will never eat there again. Super duper is cheaper!!

Went there twice a week for years. Ordered a delivery a few weeks ago on Nov 20, and didn’t receive mozzarella sticks. Mistakes happen so I called. Was told that they would refund me. They refunded me $1. I then left the feedback through the app when they say "let us make it right" and got no follow up, that’s been a pattern though. No email address provided to contact management that I could see. If they do stuff like to that me then I’m sure I’m not the only one that they’ve upset. I doubt them losing $2,000 in business a year was worth the $9. I am also ignoring the fact that they always forget sauces or the sauce on-the-side. Super Duper is 5 minutes away by car and is cheaper. So I have been going there instead.
