Pathetic App & Support team as well !!
Slow app , doesn’t provide live tracking , lags are very high and when you order a regular order , they accept it as pool order !! Good for those have lot of time and not for the person those are loking for fast deliveries (time is money) lazy people lazy app !! Same day deliveries they offer not time bound delivers !! UBER, RAPIDO , and other competition are far better 5-10% higher but reliable !! You can confirmed the approx time of delivery which is not possible with this app !!

Worst porter app
Extremely disappointed with Porter’s service.
I booked a delivery from Gurgaon to Noida at around 12 PM, expecting a same-day delivery. However, the parcel only reached Noida around 8 PM, causing an unnecessary delay of almost 8 hours.
The delivery experience was even worse because the driver repeatedly asked for extra money beyond the agreed charges. On top of that, instead of delivering the package to the specified address, he asked me to travel nearly 10 km to collect it myself.
Communication was terrible. I tried calling the driver around 50 times, but he either cut my calls or did not respond. The customer support team was equally disappointing and provided no effective assistance throughout the issue.
Due to this delay and lack of support, I was unable to submit important documents to my bank on time, which resulted in a financial loss of approximately ₹5,000.
This was one of the worst delivery experiences I have had. I would not recommend Porter to anyone unless they significantly improve their driver accountability, customer support, and delivery reliability.

Wrost Application
This was my first time using this app, and it turned out to be the worst courier delivery app I’ve ever used. For a 35-minute distance, almost all other delivery apps complete the delivery within 35 minutes, but this app took more than 3 hours.
The courier location was not updating at all. The delivery person kept calling and saying “I’ll reach in 5 minutes”, repeating the same thing every 10 minutes, which was very frustrating.
Extremely poor service and a disappointing experience. I do not recommend this app at all.

Issue in Tracking
I’ve been facing consistent issue, particularly with the map feature. During the pickup & drop, the riders location doesn’t update properly, which makes it difficult to track the order. On top of it there’s no proper in app chat support to raise these issues in real time. I really hope Uncle Delivery improves their tracking accuracy & adds reliable customer support options to make service smoother.

Charged me double. Please think twice before downloading this app
I paid online, but the driver asked me to pay again because the company hadn’t paid him, so I had no option but to pay. When I contacted customer care, they said I didn’t have to pay and that if I did, the company wouldn’t be liable. Then they abruptly ended the chat. This is the first time I’m writing a review for any app. I’ve never seen such a pathetic app or such horrible customer service. Please think twice before downloading this app.

Worst App Ever
I used it and the delivery man started fighting me for extra money. Also he was local and started using bad language. I raised this in UD and there was no response from them. If I could have the option of giving minus rating I would have given that.
Guys they are not even delivering to door step, the delivery boy will ask you to collect the parcel from some nearby place. As the parcel is yours and you know the value of parcel, intentionally or unintentionally you go to take your parcel. Don’t use this app.

Unethical Practices, Extortion, and Zero Customer Support
I had a terrible experience using this app to book a goods vehicle. I regularly send goods to the same customer multiple times a week and usually pay a consistent amount. However, this time, the driver stopped midway and threatened not to move further unless I paid extra, far beyond the fare quoted in the app. After nearly an hour of negotiating, he agreed to continue the trip.
But it didn’t stop there—once he reached the destination, he again demanded more money, refusing to unload the goods. I stood firm, saying I would pay only what the app showed. Then someone claiming to be from customer care called me, verbally abused me, changed the fare on the spot, and forced me to pay more.
I’ve tried reaching out to their support multiple times, but they keep closing my tickets without resolving anything. No response, no accountability. It’s extremely disappointing and feels like a scam operation. Beware—this platform seems to support unethical drivers and completely ignores genuine user concerns.
Avoid using this app unless you want to be overcharged and harassed.

PATHETIC APP
if you have time, then only book with this app, because if you book today, The Rider will pick up your order in evening and it will deliver next day as it is so so so slow service. They pick up multiple orders from different location and deliver in one round, so if you have placed your order at 10 AM, it will get delivered to you by 9 PM over to it. They will overcharge it. It is a scam. It will show hundred rupees for your ride, and when the rider will go and pick up your order, they will straightaway ask for ₹400 for small packet.

The worst!!
All positive reviews are the paid ones here. I am from Delhi and I started using this app and I can tell you this app will ruin your whole day if you book a ride from it. The customer service is worst, agents take hours to respond. Customer service is from 8am-8pm and after that drivers switch off their phones and you’re done lol. You will see tons of errors while using the chat with customer support. The drivers are never traceable as they take multiple pickups on their way and the inbuilt map gives a lot of errors too. I am surprised to see how people trust this app for their valuable things. It’s a pain! I never disliked any app like this.

I had faced an issue wherein the order got completed without any transactions done. Only place where I could go n check was the customer chat support where I could not get satisfactory response.
On every chat the so called support used to ask order id and inspite of explaining the details, kept asking to elaborate the issue. They did refund my money but it was not complete. So on asking the reason for it they again asked for all the information once again(4times). After answering to all their no sense queries, suddenly again chat got closed without any satisfactory response.
I recommend people to chose the app properly and don’t fall for “Indian startup” gimmick as at end of the day it’s your money.

Fraud … money scammers
yesterday i ordered a parcel for delivery for rs 265. but the driver has failed to delivered my order after that he come back to his location and today he says that i will not give your order back to you until you pay 500 rs to me … so my friend gave him 500 rs for my order. and now i am delivered tha parcel by rapido for 300 rs . i complained uncle delivery customer care but there is no response that side. he ate my almost 600 rs for no reason. i requested to all user that make order from this side at your own risk … because there is no safety for any valuables things. there are so many other app for ncr delivery. i highly ot recommend use of this fraud app thanks.

Worst service and fraud people
I have booked bike and first of all couldn’t able to find any driver finally someone came hour later and he’s late for delivery and not even picking up the call. Things turned even bad as I spoke to the person who came to my office for the promotion off the app and he asked for the order number and did nothing . Now both not picking up the call ,I request to Apple Store to kindly remove the app which has so much of negative reviews ,it’s my mistake also I have forgotten to check the reviews before using the app.

Drivers always asking for extra money and their customer support team is also supporting them.
Drivers always asks for extra money in the name of toll tax even when their is no private/ commercial vehicle toll on the route. Even when you call customer care they will also say the same thing “ये तो देना ही होता है बुकिंग के टाइम पर भी लिखा होता है” etc etc, they are showing the minimal price on the site but their drivers and customer support team fulfil all the gaps. Please do not use it… it was not happened for the first time, they always try to loot their customers.

First of all finding a driver is a big task after driver is assigned he coming for the pick up is one more big task. Many time they cancelled the order.
Again you book you have to wait I have seen after booking it took more than 24 hours for pickup . Upon that they had cancel the order great people. Never make payment online. Three times happened to me that Driver not scheduled the task but it is showing it is completed After that you need to follow up with the customer care and it is so pathetic customer care chat box it takes longer time to make conversation and get refund back . You don’t have any customer care contact number only a chat box which is very difficult to make them understand

Worst logistical app I’ve ever come across.
Enormous amount of waiting time and an absolutely clueless back end team. They don’t manage to assign the right driver’s and when I called to enquire about it, they said they’d assign another driver. 20 minutes later when I check back on the app, guess what? I’ve been banned from making bookings for absolutely no reason. What a joke of an app.

Worst delivery experience
The worst delivery experience ever! The guy picked up the parcel at 6:30pm and did not update that he has picked up the parcel. He said he’s waiting for more orders then he’ll leave. Later had to talk to customer support to know the status! Then he updated that he has picked up the parcel. Took him 4 hours to deliver the parcel from karol bagh, delhi to gurugram sector 24. Kept calling him again anf again. Worst delivery partner !! Blocked him right away with a 1 star rating. I wish there was minus rating for this guy.

Took 45 mins to book a ride n when it was confirmed on my app driver said he dint get the ride confirmation so I cancelled the ride den I got a call from customer care saying the driver is near by shall we confirm the ride I said k but again the driver took 35 mins to reach the pickup location n ride started after ride completed amount on my phone n drive phone was different so called customer care but no one answered even after waiting 30 mins worst service n worst app

Delivery executive are very late
They provide good service at times but most of the time delivery is very late
At 3 instance I have received orders delivered after 3 hours of waiting without any intimidation or update of delay in delivery.
And today again a drivers executive refused to tell me why order will be delayed and just shut the phone. Once I call customer support, it’s almost impossible to get anyone online for support. Delay is ok but not informing us the reason and denying to tell us the reason is not acceptable. The delivery executive later informs me that he isn’t supposed to tell why the delay is happening.

Absolutely Pathetic Service
Had two cancellations For the same order, First reason driver was wary about weight and after being allotted second vehicle and after calling 6times he replies Won’t come as vehicle is not getting started, if it was this case who told you to accept that Order..
