I'm disappointed the bakery department. You have limited amount to choose from. You have a lot more in the bakery case and on display. But when ordering on line I was limited on what to choose from. Especially when I need to pick up a few different desserts. I was in need of a cake for a birthday. I was stuck with an ice cream cake. Because nobody wanted carrot cake.

I love going to uncle Giuseppe. It has opened my eyes to all kinds of new and delicious foods. The old stale supermarkets around. Don’t realize how to run a store or buy produce since half of the produce is rotten.

This app is easy to use and convenient. The service is wonderful and the shoppers do a great job.
Needs to be updated
The company is expanding its footprint in plenty of ways. We know the prices are pretty high. Let’s integrate some of that money into updating the app! The clunky method of working your way around the store. Their main page that shows the printed circular. This is 2022.
Also, why do we have to leave the app to pay on something called “world pay” that needs to be magnified, just so I can make a purchase. No apple-pay integration? I guess most of my gripes is with the payment methods. And there’s no way to keep a card on file. Phil and the rest of these guys need to move past their humble beginnings in Hunts Point and update the app. Even the BJ’s app is better than this one!

I just LOVE Uncle G’s! I could not be happier with the quality of the food, the staff is amazing and the convenience of curb side pick up has made my life so much easier!
Good App; A Few Wish List Items To Consider
The app is good! I was waiting for it! Love the favorites feature so you can save your typical every shopping trip needed items without having to do a manual search every time. The things that would make the app great are: allow for the user to save credit card information for faster/easier checkout AND allow for other payment methods such as using an Uncle Giuseppe’s gift card.

Nice app, BUT .........
Downloading the app is easy, it’s a nice app but every time you close it and go to reopen it it crashes and will not reopen PLEASE FIX
Set up account, can’t log in
I set up a new account on the Uncle G website but am not able to log into the app. Get the error... Error - Invalid login
